Roles/Responsiblities
- In charge of updating, maintaining accurate stock balance in SZ office
- Process order - pack according to invoice
- take stock of inventory - receiving and sending
- take phone calls/fax
- taking/archiving pictures of frames online
- liasing with other region sales managers
- dealing with mailing, packing and logistic
- work with Hong Kong in distribution
- do daily report - stock level, shipment,
- laising with factory on orders
- arranging shipment with shipping company.
