Vision Empire hierarchy are task oriented, with board of directors (BOD) setting the directions, Key Performance Indexes(KPI) and targets for the company while the administration, director’s office, finance and accounts supports the BOD by providing timely and valuable reports and data for an informed decision-making process. Once a certain goal is set and with the help of the support team, the directors assimilate the roles and responsibilities of each operating business units to achieve the goal set within the defined time period.
